The LE PERA hotel welcomes you all year long in a privileged setting. Located at the very heart of the Opéra neighborhood, between the Madeleine, the Vendôme square and the big stores, this residence offers to you luxuriousness and refinement. You can recharge and relax yourself in wide armchairs while tasting many varieties of cocktails prepared by the bar, in a spacious living room with glass rooftop and at the corner of the fireplace.

Reception desk: English, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Arabic and Turkish spoken. The staff will help you book and buy tickets (Crazy horse, Disneyland...) and a selection of flyers (monuments, excursions...) at your disposal.

Our spacious salon-bar with the fire place and the great window is an ideal meeting point.

Cancellations

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 22.00 per day.

Deposit

No deposit will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One older child or adult is charged EUR 60.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
